Product Description

Automatic ham forming machine FR 200 for meat and other food products. It is equipped with a 40-liter bowl and a 800 mm x 200 mm stainless steel conveyor. The device is based on 4 rotating wheels.

The machine is able to produce 15-30 products per minute, that is 1,800 burgers / hour with different shapes and volumes. When the formed product does not contain meat, productivity may change.

This is the fourth generation of the model and is highly developed in terms of technology. Two separate motors ensure the movement of the feed rotor and the conveyor feeding the product. Due to the updated design of the rotor separation technology, partial product delivery can be obtained. The same element allows the machine to work as a filler for free-flowing sausages.

Control via an external panel connected to the device. The electronic board has been designed for easy access to better maintenance and repair. It also contains equipment that allows further on-site inspection.

The geometry of shapes in which the machine creates meat products may have different thickness and weight. The plate for forming hamburgers is made of plastic suitable for food products, and its dimensions are 620 x 180 with a maximum thickness of 16 mm.
