The Edge Fix knife sharpener is equipped with a new unique sharpening system called SAF, which is adjustable to the knife edge. (Patent Pending.) The Edge Fix is a manual hand tool where the knife edge is sharpened in a groove with four diamond-coated pins and polished in another groove with four ceramic pins. The pins are placed in an X shape. There is a choice between two different sharpening and polishing angles: 30° or 40°. Due to the individually elastic, revolving diamond-coated and ceramic pins, the knife edge is always in full contact with the sharpening and polishing surfaces in all directions of movement. The Edge Fix guarantees a professional, efficient sharpening and polishing result with optimal sharpness.
