Product Description

The PM 2 manual injector is intended for injection with brine solution of meat and meat elements, carcasses and poultry elements, fish and fish fillets. The device is very convenient to use, with a reliable, self-priming, high-capacity diaphragm pump. It allows for quick and precise injection of produced sausages. It is possible to install a 3 and 5-needle head (additionally payable).
