Product Description

A mixer with 40 lit bowl capacity and single mixing paddle with a geometry ideal for hamburgers , kofte and delicate products. The bowl of the mixer movers vertically for easy emptying and it is designed to stop at various positions while the mixing paddle continues its operation, allowing by this way the mixture of smaller paste volume. The main controller of the machine has buttons. There is one (1) mixing speed on the machine, mixing direction can be clockwise or anticlockwise that allows the resting of the mixture according to the choice of the operator. A cover on the bowl stops the machine’s operation if opened. The entire machine is buit upon CE regulations.
