Product Description

A mixing machine capable to mix all types of meat products, equipped with a 400 lit (max) capacity bowl. The hoper of the mixer swivels for easy emptying and it is designed to stop at various positions while the mixing paddle continues its operation, allowing by this way the mixture of smaller paste volume. The machine is connected with an electronic control board of mechanical or automatic operation. In the automatic operation there is a programme option that allows the resting of the mixture according to the choice of the operator.

The mixer is equipped with a stainless steel column loader for the lifting of a 200-litre standard trolley. A safety rail around the bowl provides additional levels of user protection, since the machine stops operation once it is pressed. This machine is completely made from stainless steel and capable to cover big production requirements.
