OLYMPIA tray welding machine is a semi-automatic, solid and reliable machine that is fully made from stainless steel. The maximum sealing area is 267 mm x 427 mm x (height) 100 mm when the device is equipped with a device M.A.P. system (VG). The unwinding and rewinding of the upper foil takes place automatically thanks to the integrated and motorized roll, which guarantees the precision of the centering of the film. The control of vacuum and gas values is carried out with the help of an electrical sensor that ensures excellent process safety and product quality. The controller can be saved up to 10 days a week, with or without a modified atmosphere. Diagnostics and automation system for fast and precise machine control.
