Way of sharpening
Drag the blade of the knife along the entire length of the sharpener gently pressing, then repeat the action on the other side of the knife blade. Repeat the operation many times alternately on both sides of the blade.

IMPORTANT! Keep the knife slightly inclined at an angle between 20 and 30 degrees to the sharpener.
