Double Clipper Automatic

The double clip automatic clipping machine is designed for clipping two ends of cold meat products. It allows for clipping any artificial or natural casings with a diameter from 30 to 80 mm. Due to the wide range of clips that can be used, packages and products of different sizes are easily cut. The device is suitable for both medium and large processing plants.

Capacity up to 8 tons per shift with a casing diameter of 80 mm.

Mounting on a table or on a mobile frame (additional option).

To close the two ends of finished sausage products with a clip, meat processing plants use an automatic clipping machine. These clipping machines are only suitable for large enterprises with a capacity of more than 5 tons.

These devices are part of the production line and allow for continuous clipping of shaped sausages. Our machines successfully close both artificial and natural casings.  Additionally, it can work with a vacuum filling machine, which we also have in our offer.
