The semi-automatic double clip clipping machine is designed for clipping two ends of cold meat products. It allows clipping of any artificial or natural casings with a diameter from 30 to 80 mm. Due to the wide range of clips that can be used, packages and products of different sizes are easily cut. The device is suitable for both medium and large processing plants.

Capacity up to 5 tons per shift with a casing diameter of 80 mm.

Mounting on a table or on a mobile frame (additional option).

Semi-automatic clipping machines are often required for medium and large producers of cured meat products. Due to the pneumatic control of this device, no power supply is needed. Both semi-automatic and automatic clipping machines can be combined with filling machines. The devices are designed for clipping both natural and artificial casings.

Maintenance and service work on semi-automatic devices is inexpensive. The devices have only a few moving parts that can be worn out.
